The next few days, I walked Maylor's Point by myself. It's one of my favorite trails because it's an easy, peaceful walk, so I don't have to worry about anything. On one side, you have a wonderful view of our small town. On the other, there are bald eagles perched in the trees looming overhead on most days. It's my personal time, distancing myself from distractions, to ponder life and just spend time with God.
